click on the phrase "apply for one here" which is under the box and to the right

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU APPLY - An email is sent to the program Administrator which confirms your information and that you are a customer. The Administrator then emails you an ID and Password and a document that will help you navigate the program. This takes a couple of hours.
